My name is Erica Bennett, and I am the proud founder of Delicate Hands Home Care. For me, providing compassionate care to others has never been just a job or a business opportunity. It's something deeply rooted in who I am, how I was raised, and the love that surrounded me growing up.

I was blessed to have two extraordinary grandmothers, Barbara Jean and Joan Charlotte, whose love, strength, and selflessness helped shape the woman I am today. They opened their hearts and homes to others, serving as caregivers and foster parents and showing me what unconditional love truly looks like. Their example taught me that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference in someone's life.

How Delicate Hands Began

In 2019, I turned my passion for helping others into a purpose by establishing Delicate Hands Home Care. I wanted to create something different — a company where people weren't treated like numbers, where families felt heard and supported, and where compassion was at the center of every service provided, including our personalized care plans.

I understand that trusting someone with the care of your loved one is a big decision. That's why my goal has always been to build a company that families can turn to with confidence, knowing their loved ones will be treated with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect.

Life has taught me that every day is a gift and every opportunity to make a difference is a blessing. Having been given a second chance at life, I feel an even greater responsibility to use my purpose to uplift, encourage, and serve others.

Delicate Hands represents more than my dream of becoming a business owner. It represents my family's legacy, my passion for helping people, and my commitment to providing essential home care services that make a positive impact in the community.
